Correct practice can make everything possible. Self-practice on a regular basis keeps the awareness growing and brings about balance, alignment and lightness to the body, as well as peace and stillness to the mind. Having access to visual material taught directly by Yoga Master Teacher Sharat Arora helps to ensure that students are continuing with the daily practice accurately and safely.

All the various postures have different impacts and benefits on certain parts of the physical body as well as the mental and energetic state of the practitioner.  Knowing how to tailor the self-practice according to what is personally required at any given point in time, allows students to manage their time and schedule according to what is needed.
